It all started with a cat named Glenn who loved spaghetti night.

Jax first came across Adam on Hinge and couldn't resist swiping right after seeing the witty meme on his profile. When she left for their first date, her mom asked how long she'd be out. Unsure about Adam at the time, Jax casually replied, "Maybe an hour or so."

That very night, they ended up talking for six hours straight at a soju bar until midnight, completely losing track of time. Jax's mom had to call halfway through to make sure her only daughter was not murdered by the charming stranger.

The past three years have felt like a dream ever since and they've built a life filled with equal parts adventure and everyday joy. From returning to the same beloved Mexican resort three times, to paddle boarding to Blueberry Island at the cottage, to sipping wine in the valleys of Portugal, and to enjoying 2-for-$7 Farmers' Wraps at Tim Hortons.

Jax is the creative, type-A planner of everything, while Adam is the laid-back, analytical partner (who is much better at math than Jax). Together, they balance each other perfectly.

Last year, they moved in together with their corgi-aussie mix, Sachi, and are so grateful for the life they're building - one they'd choose again in every lifetime.
